I thought it might be nice to document my improvement in using my new camera. Hopefully I'll improve....but if not I'll have 52 photos to look at a year from now. One photo a week. Someone or something in my home or yard or life that strikes me ~ for whatever reason.

Look 5

Corner Shelves

There are six little corner shelves in my kitchen. Three on either side of the window ~ above the sink. They've been there for almost eight years. I still haven't figured out what looks good on them. Right now five of the shelves are empty. This is on the sixth.

    I like the simplicity of this shot, it is not overloaded with bits. And the soft colour really suits it well.

    Well, you sure are doing a great job with your new camera! It was hard to decide because all the shots you posted are beautiful, but I think this one is my favorite!

    There are lots of fun photography memes out there. When I see some of the stuff posted I am amazed, but everyone is kind and each time it stretches me to think about the project. I think you'd enjoy playing along!
